Chivas Regal é uma marca mundialmente famosa de blend whisky escocês, criada no início do século XX pelos irmãos Chivas. A companhia foi fundada no ano de 1801, inicialmente como uma mercearia na cidade de Aberdeen, a qual vendia alimentos, cafés e especiarias de luxo. Foi apenas na metade do século que as primeiras garrafas de whisky foram produzidas, sendo que o Chivas Regal 12 anos foi criado somente após a queda da proibição do álcool nos EUA.  Produzido a partir da mistura de vários single malts e grain whiskies de todas as regiões da Escócia, todos com o mínimo de 12 anos de maturação em barris de carvalho. O Chivas Regal 12 anos foi considerado por críticos como um "blend para adultos", com sabor muito refinado e aromas herbáceos, de mel e frutas. É aclamado com sendo um blended whisky com custo/benefício excelente.  Esse produto é distríbuido pela Pernod Ricard.
